Construction in a eco-district intended for the collective accomodation
Compound of 28 housing collective distribued in a building skeleton wood to R+2 and e floor attique and of 10 houses of type intermediate housing environment
The ground floor as well as shear walls are still in reinforced concrete in order to meet the seismic standards and offer to the all frames a perfect
stability.
As for the wood and concrete mixt floor covering, they offer all the sound insulation warranties between the accommodations.
The natural wood cladding with standing steam steel plate’s lacquered roofs association allow the all complex to have a contemporary architecture while preserving a good integration in the site.
The composition on the plot of land defines the collective in the North, with facing south main facade, parking lot on the ground floor and houses are positioned in 2 ilôts facing itself, directed the North/South, in the formof town hall, with carport in limit of street.
The accommodations meet ‘High Quality Environmental’ standards and the 2012 Thermal regulation.

Design of 36 accommodations, 18 collective homes in masonry construction, and 18 in individual homes made of wooden frames, from one-bedroom flat to three bedrooms flat.
The composition on the parcel defines the collective houses in east, with the main façade oriented toward the street on east, at the edge of the Grenouillet Street, with an underground car park. Houses are positioned on the depth of the parcel, shaped as town houses, oriented south North.
The accommodations meet ‘High Quality Environmental’ standards and the 2012 Thermal regulation.
The central space of the site is used for private outside car park and green areas.

The home is built for 16 residents, 8 residents in center life and 8 residents in residential housing
The one floor building is part of an urban town site at Saint – Herblain near Nantes 44.
The construction is voluntarily compacted for thermal quality reasons and also due to constrained parcel.
The constructive principle allies concrete and wood for the structure and façades.
From an image symbolising habitat, the building is ambivalent in its wood North and East façades, light shade concrete panels in the south ( To send strong south solar light and well thermally insulate the studios).

CENTER LIFE FOR 16 DISABLED RESIDENTS

The home is built for 14 permanent residents, between 18 to 80 years old and 1 emergency reception bed room.
The ground floor building is part of an old property, previously used by a company, on a field with an important slope, which allowed building an open basement.
The construction is organised as an L, with 2 accommodations wings linked by common premises in the centre; dining room, living room, activity leaders ‘room, executive office.
The big terrace covered by the 2 accommodation wings opens up under a big oak, already present on the parcel before the construction. The constructive principle associates concrete as a base and as paving and wooden structure and wooden façades.
The building is equipped with solar panels providing hot water for a green roof.
With a simple architecture, integrated to the neighborhood, the building presents façades with coloured laminated panels and natural wood cladding.
