Design of a wood ground floor house with an half buried basement in the field slope, with a view of the Moine Valley.
The house entrance is on the street side at the high level or on the ground floor.
The basement (garage, playroom, storage and workshop) is built in masonry.
The ground floor (3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, kitchen and two bathrooms) is made of wooden frames, with 20 cm thick wall insulation made of mineral wool and wood wool and 30 cm thick roof insulation.
Vegetation covers the roof terrace.
The heating is provided by hot water underfloor heating on a thermodynamic electrical boiler.
The double flow ventilation insures the premises’ sanitary renewal.

Design of a three storey house made of wood, with on the main floor living room and kitchen offering a large glass façade oriented south east.
4 bedrooms, including one with an independent access fit in the house.
The living rooms are South East oriented and continue with a wood terrace overlooking on the sloping garden towards the Moine River.
The entire structure is made of wood (walls, beams, and framework) and round metallic poles carry the north side floor.
The house is heated by a wood stove with pellets automatic loading, in central position. The double flow ventilation insures additional heating.

3 three bedrooms flat accommodations for the secondary school, with a contemporary look made of wooden frame- eco-construction and low energy house standards.
The 3 houses belong to the new neighbourhood that will be situated between built suburb areas and the new secondary school neighbourhood. Houses have a north/ south orientation.
Every house, similar to the other, uses contemporary architectural shapes: 1 is drawn by symmetry plan.
The access from the street is under a passageway following the garage and linking the street façade and entrance canopy, which allows an access to the garage.
Wall made of wooden framework construction system with 20 cm thick insulation put on an isolated concrete slab, wooden floor, and interior solid wall of calorie storage.
